You will have full access to the entire house, private pool and spa. You also have access to the Solana Clubhouse and this home is just steps away. You can walk to the gym, covered Cabanas, putt putt, and sand volleyball and playground in under two minutes! Children and adults alike will rave about this amazing location within the community.

This newly decorated and fully furnished luxurious villa has 5 bedrooms with 2 en-suite masters,, 5.5 bathrooms, a private 30'x15' pool (with a large covered lanai which can be heated for an additional charge), sleeps up to 1 people comfortably. All furnishings, plates, cookware, small appliances were brand new in 2020. Enjoy details that most rentals do not offer such as a hight end coffee maker, Ninja Blender, air Fryer, memory foam beds, smart TVs, a comfortable seating area on the porch, a desk and printer to hook your laptop to, and decorated theme rooms for everyone in your group. Gas Grill (BBQ) rental is available for an additional charge should you require one.
It is about 20 Minutes to Disney World, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the major attractions.

Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the community facilities for the duration of their stay. (There is a small fee for the putt putt golf, you can use the clubhouse volleyball for free during open hours. Our house has provided you a volleyball to use anytime. Please return it! The tiki bar at the clubhouse is open during peak seasons as well).

We require a $300 Security Deposit which will be refunded if no damage or missing items once the home has been inspected by our team after your departure. Minimum Age 25yr
